The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to MOTOMIGOS. MOTOMIGOS therefore processes your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, MOTOMIGOS informs you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

 

2. COLLECTION, PROCESSING and USE OF PERSONAL DATA:

The use of www.motomigos.com is possible without providing personal data. By calling up www.motomigos.com, no IP address or other personal data is stored on our web server.

 

If you contact us directly via e-mail, office@motomigos.com, we have your e-mail address including name and, if applicable, additional information of your signature (e.g. telephone number, website, address, etc.).

This data will be treated confidentially by MOTOMIGOS, in the event of a collaboration, this data will be stored for at least 7 years, should no collaboration arise, this data will be stored for at least 2 years.

 

3. JOINT CONTROL WIX.COM

Since this website was created using a modular system from www.wix.com (hereinafter referred to as "WIX.com") and MOTOMIGOS has no control over the collection, processing and use of data, MOTOMIGOS provides you with the privacy policy of WIX.com in order to achieve complete transparency, MOTOMIGOS has no influence on changes to the privacy policy of WIX.com. A. What data do we collect?

The hosting service for our digital assets provides us with the online platform through which we can offer our services to you. Your data can be stored via our hosting provider's data storage, databases and general applications. It stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall and it provides secure HTTPS access to most areas of its services.

 

Notwithstanding the measures and efforts taken by us and our hosting provider, we cannot and do not guarantee absolute protection and security of the data you upload, post or otherwise share with us or others.

For this reason, we ask that you set strong passwords and, where possible, do not provide us or others with confidential information that you believe could cause you significant or lasting harm if disclosed. In addition, as email and instant messaging are not considered secure forms of communication, we ask that you do not disclose confidential information through either of these communication channels.

 

H. How do we deal with minors?

 

Children can use our services. However, if they want access to certain features, they may need to provide certain information. The collection of some data (including data collected via cookies, web beacons and other similar technologies) may be automatic. If we knowingly collect, use or disclose information collected from a child, we will indicate this in accordance with applicable law and obtain parental consent. We do not condition a child's participation in an online activity on the child providing more contact information than is reasonably necessary to participate in that activity. MOTOMIGOS uses the tracking technology of Google Analytics.

8. INTERMEDIARIES, AND ANY SUBCONTRACTORS:

In the context of production activities, as well as projects/jobs with several parties, MOTOMIGOS takes the liberty, in consultation with the respective parties concerned, to pass on the contact or to mediate.

 

9. RIGHT OF INFORMATION

You have the right to free information (by e-mail) about your personal and stored data and, if applicable, the right to correction, blocking or deletion, as well as revocation of consent given.

 

In the event of the conclusion of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship shall be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years). The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the DSGVO.
